For brokers, CPAs, and attorneys

Your clients tell you things they don’t tell their IT company. This page is for the moment you think “someone should look at that” and want to know whether we’re the right call.

When to send them

Call us when a client says:

  • “We pay more for IT every year and can’t say what we get.”
  • “Our IT company got bought, and things changed.”
  • “Our IT person is drowning.”
  • “The insurance renewal asks questions we can’t answer.”
  • “A customer sent us a security questionnaire.”
  • “We’re thinking about selling, buying, or merging.”
  • “Our people are using AI, and we don’t know what’s safe.”
  • “I’m not sure we’re getting good technology advice.”

Who’s a fit

Owner-led businesses in Northwest Arkansas that have an IT company or a small IT team, and nobody who owns the plan or the risk that comes with it. Anywhere from a one-person shop to several hundred employees.

If the client needs a laptop fixed today, they need an IT company, not us. If they don’t have one, we’ll point them to a good one.

What we do

We find out where their technology really stands, write it on one page, and fix it, including the IT company or the team when that’s the problem. The usual first step is a fixed-fee Technology Assessment. After that, a client can keep us on with Fractional Technology Leadership: a part-time technology and security leader on a monthly retainer.

Your client stays yours

We don’t sell insurance, give legal or tax advice, or act as anyone’s auditor. When a question belongs to you, we send it back to you.

What we don’t do

  • Sell hardware, software, insurance, or IT support.
  • Take a cut for recommending anyone or anything. No referral fees, commissions, or resale margin. It’s in our contract.
  • Answer the phone at night or run 24-hour security monitoring. For an incident, the client keeps an incident response firm, chosen with our help, that does the hands-on work. We lead the decisions alongside them. Messages get an answer the same business day.

What happens after you make the introduction

  1. Send a short email to the client and to us, or give them our number.
  2. We reply within one business day and set up a 30-minute first call. No charge, no slide deck.
  3. If we’re not the right fit, we say so and point them to someone who is.
  4. If you’d like, we’ll let you know the call happened. What the client tells us stays with the client unless they say otherwise.

Something to forward

Paste this into an email to your client:

Guides worth forwarding

Short, plain-English pages a client can read before a call. Each one says what the client can check with their own team first.
