This notice explains what Northcreek Technology, LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect what you give us when you use the contact form, book a call, or call, text, or email us. That’s usually your name, company, email, phone number, and message. We also collect a small amount of technical information to run and protect this site.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, set up and hold calls, do the work you hire us for, and keep business records. If you hire us, our agreement covers what you share during the work.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t set cookies or run advertising or tracking scripts. We count page views with analytics that don’t use cookies, and an automatic check keeps spam off the contact form.
Sharing
We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. A few service providers run our website, email, phone, and business systems for us. They use your information only to do that work. We’ll also share information if the law requires it.
AI tools
When we use AI tools, we pick providers that don’t keep your information after processing it, don’t train their models on it, and process it in the United States.
Text and SMS messages
We only text people who text us first. To opt in (agree to get texts from us), text (479) 206-8202. We’ll reply only about your message, and we don’t send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email privacy@northcreektechnology.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Security
We encrypt information in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher wherever it’s supported. Every account uses multi-factor authentication (a second check of identity at sign-in) at a minimum. Where our systems support it, we also use sign-in data and device signals to decide who gets access.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Email privacy@northcreektechnology.com to see, correct, or delete what we have about you. We also honor Global Privacy Control, a browser setting that asks sites not to sell or share your data.
