We find out what’s true, write down what good looks like, and give everyone a fair chance to meet it. If an IT company or a person still isn’t the right fit, we handle the change with care. That means a clean search, a planned handover, and nobody left holding the keys to something they can’t explain.

No. We don't resell IT services, and we don't take a cut for recommending one. Most of the time your current IT company or team does better once the expectations are written down and someone checks the work.
Our IT person has been here for years. Will you push them out?
Not unless the facts say so, and never by surprise. A struggling team is usually a leadership and priorities problem first. We fix that before we judge anyone.
