Cyber Insurance Readiness: Cyber insurance application and MFA review

Make your cyber insurance application true. You get a to-do list your team can finish and a clean file for your broker.

Your application says multi-factor sign-in (a code or prompt on your phone at login) is on everywhere. It’s on for email. It’s off for the VPN (the way staff connect to the office network from outside) and for the accounting server.

We go through your current application, or the one you’re about to send, and check every “yes” against what is really in place. You get the list of gaps, who fixes each one, and by when.

What you get

  • The application, answered truthfully
  • A to-do list with an owner and a date on every item
  • A file your broker can use
  • One call with your broker

Questions

Do you sell insurance?

No. Your broker places the policy. We make sure what you tell the insurance company is true.

Why does it matter if an answer is a little optimistic?

The insurer reads your application again after a claim. If it says multi-factor sign-in is on everywhere and it isn't on the VPN, that gap can turn a covered loss into a dispute.
